Help us help you faster

  • About a payment: include your payment reference (it starts with PX-) and send from the email address on your account.
  • About your account: write from the email address you signed up with. We can't discuss an account with anyone else.
  • A tool problem: tell us your browser, the file type and roughly how big it is. Please don't send the image unless we ask, and never send anything sensitive.

Never send passwords or card details

We will never ask for your password, and we don't take card payments. If someone claiming to be Pixnex asks for either, it isn't us.
