How paying works
- 1Choose a plan. You'll get a payment reference and our bank details.
- 2Send a UK bank transfer for the exact amount, quoting the reference.
- 3Tell us you've paid. We check our bank account and activate your plan once the money arrives.
Questions about paying
- Why bank transfer?
- We don't take card payments yet. A bank transfer has no extra fees for you, and we activate your plan by hand once the money is in our account.
- Does my plan renew automatically?
- No. Nothing is charged automatically. When your period ends you return to the Free plan unless you pay again. Paying early adds the new period on top of your remaining time.
- What if I switch between monthly and yearly?
- Unused time on your current paid plan is added to the new one when your payment is approved.
- How quickly is my plan activated?
- As soon as we've confirmed the transfer has arrived. Bank transfers in the UK usually arrive within hours, but we check manually, so it can take longer at weekends.
